FAQs • Hair Length: For effective removal, hair should be at least as long as a grain of rice or a sprinkle. • Appointment Frequency: It’s recommended to book appointments every 4 weeks. • Menstrual Cycle: If you’re on your period, please wear a tampon or menstrual cup during your appointment. • Aftercare: Avoid activities that may cause sweating for up to 24 hours post-appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees. • First cancellation is free. • For cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% charge of the service price may apply. Late Policy You have a 6-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after this window, we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge. However, any additional reschedules will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No Call/ No Show Policy If you miss your appointment or reach out at the time of your appointment (or after), it will now count as a no-call/no-show. Unfortunately, that means your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No Children Under age Policy For the safety and comfort of all clients, no children under the age of 12 are permitted in the building. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Deposit Policy A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred one time to a new appointment date, as long as you notify us before the last-minute cancellation window (see cancellation policy for time frame). After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book again. No-Show Policy: If you no call / no show your appointment, you will be charged the remaining balance of the service. Communication is everything, just let me know if something comes up! Squeeze-In Appointments Need an appointment outside of normal availability? Squeeze-ins may be available upon request. • Closed Days (Monday, Wednesday, Sunday): +$25 added to your service • Fully Booked Days: +$20 added to your service Squeeze-in appointments are limited and based on availability. Please message to request. Please note: If you cancel last-minute, no-show, or arrive too late to be serviced, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred.
